For sales teams

Close the deal in one ceremony — not seven emails

MSAs, order forms, addenda, NDAs — every piece of paper between "verbal yes" and "PO raised" with a tighter evidence chain than the buyer's procurement team has ever seen.

The pain

A sales rep gets verbal acceptance on Tuesday. The MSA goes out as a Word attachment Tuesday afternoon. The buyer's legal team sends comments back on Thursday. The rev/leg back-and-forth eats two more days. Finally a clean PDF ships on Monday — and procurement asks for an audit trail. Nobody has one. By Wednesday the buyer's board has slipped the project, and the deal moves to next quarter.

The flow with eSignature.llc

  1. Rep uploads the negotiated DOCX. eSignature.llc converts it to PDF in ~3 seconds (LibreOffice headless, full font fidelity).
  2. Rep places a Party-A and Party-B signature in the prepare wizard, hits send. Buyer gets an email with the agreement, a link, and an 8-character reference code.
  3. Buyer signs from any device — phone is fine. The ceremony captures their live selfie, GPS lat/long, IP, user-agent, and a UTC server timestamp. Tab closes automatically when done.
  4. Sales ops or the CRO counter-signs. The system stamps both signatures, embeds the selfies as small thumbnails, and emails the final PDF to everyone — with the brand-footer hyperlink and QR code on every page.
  5. Procurement gets the audit-log download in the same email. They're happy on the first send.

The evidence

When a deal goes sideways three years from now and someone claims they didn't sign, the executed PDF carries:

  • The buyer's live selfie at the moment of signing.
  • Latitude / longitude to ~11 cm precision.
  • Reverse-geocoded address printed on the page.
  • IP and user-agent — server-recorded, not asserted by the client.
  • SHA-256 hash chain over the audit log so any record alteration is detectable.
  • A public verification URL printed as a QR code on every page.

The outcome

Reps using eSignature.llc are reporting MSA-to-counter-sign cycles of under 4 hours where the same deal used to take a week. The cleaner evidence chain means procurement teams stop asking for a separate audit trail document — it's already on page 1 of the PDF. And because every paid tier today is free during beta, the ROI math is simple.
