When DocuSign is the right call
If you need Qualified Electronic Signatures(eIDAS QES) issued through a Trusted-List provider, large-scale enterprise CLM with deep Salesforce / SAP integrations, or a procurement-approved vendor that's already on your IT's allow-list — DocuSign is the safer choice. The category leader has spent twenty years building those relationships and you should not fight that for the sake of fighting.
When eSignature.llc is the right call
If you want a thicker evidence chain (selfie + GPS + audit hash) on every signature without paying for an ID Verification add-on; if you operate in Thailand or Singapore and want first-class Thai support; if your team is small enough that per-envelope pricing matters more than integration breadth — we are likely the better fit.
